ПРОБЛЕМА ІНДИВІДУАЛІЗАЦІЇ У ІНШОМОВНІЙ ПІДГОТОВЦІ СТУДЕНТІВ ТЕХНІЧНИХ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТЕЙ

Abstract

The article deals with the concept of individualization in teaching foreign language to technical students. Individualization is the organization of educational process taking into consideration students’ individual learning styles. The author describes different approaches to classification of students’ cognitive styles as well as gives some recommendations on classroom activities suitable for each style. Using distance education as self-work is an effective tool to implement individual approach to each student in a group. Individualization enhances effectiveness of knowledge aquisition as well as students’ inner motivation.
