ІНКЛЮЗИВНА ОСВІТА: ГУМАНІСТИЧНІСТЬ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ США

У статті проаналізовано нормативно-правові засади розвитку інклюзивної освіти в США, що регламентують захист природних прав і свобод осіб, які мають особливі потреби. Схарактеризовано низку законодавчих актів, що спрямовані на розвиток інклюзивної освіти й уможливлюють ефективність реалізації державної політики. З’ясовано сутність гуманістичного виміру законодавчих актів США стосовно осіб з обмеженими можливостями.
