Abstract

The need to investigate the learning of geometry as a continuous process of mathematical training competent professionals determines the relevance of studying the problem of continuity in teaching geometry and analytic geometry. Showing prerequisites study of analytic geometry knowledge and examples of analytic geometry that students will be able to apply for further study of mathematics . Stresses the importance of applying for teaching analytic geometry information and communication technologies as a means of ensuring continuity between school course in geometry and analytic geometry. The article highlights the possible ways of implementing the principle of continuity in teaching analytic geometry first-year students of the faculty of mathematics. We consider the problems that can be applied to practical lessons and examples summing students under the concept of analytic geometry, which is useful in presentation of lecture material. These objectives will contribute to a better understanding of first-year students apparatus analytic geometry, focusing on their knowledge of school geometry course.
