ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ ПРАКТИКИ МАГІСТРАНТІВ НА ЗАСАДАХ НЕПЕРЕРВНОСТІ: ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ТА ПРАКТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ

Abstract

The article described the features of pedagogical practice of masters of higher education on the basis of non-teaching profile continuity, it was defined its purpose and goals of realization. It was analyzed the functions of teaching practice, based on continuity: adaptive (habituation to the new professional roles - the teacher of the university, the performance of functional duties), compensatory (providing the necessary assistance in the form of a system of consultations the conduction of teaching seminars), training (the performance of together educational,organizational, methodological problems) profiling (taking into account the areas of specialization according to there levant department profile). It was defined the factors of the necessity of this type of practice. The author rightly justified the structure of pedagogical competence of the teacher of the institution of higher education non-teaching profile (motivational and valuable, professional and educational, professional and personal, managerial, sociocultural, self-help); it was disclosed the content of each structural component. It was indicated that the organization of graduate teaching practice based on continuity should beb ased on thein troduction of competency approachin training of future professionals. Special attention is focused on the formation of personal values of undergraduates, including teachers.
