Abstract

The article considers the potential of supervision as a possible technique of development of professional identity of future technical specialists. The purpose, objectives, models and basic approaches to supervision – fragmented, formalized and target – are disclosed. A brief overview of the types and forms of identity is given. The analysis of the specifics of the supervisor in forming the content of the programme of development of professional identity of future technical specialists is conducted. The expediency of the organization of supervision in the group at the stage of training of future technical specialists is grounded.
