ПІСЛЯДИПЛOМНА ОСВІТА ДОШКІЛЬНИХ ПЕДАГОГІВ У КРАЇНАХ ЗАХІДНОЇ ЄВРОПИ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of preschool teachers’ post-graduate education in Western Europe in the context of the characteristics of the forms and institutions that provide services for improving professional qualification. The author highlighted the common features of professional training of teachers in Western Europe (France, Germany, Great Britain, manifested in the uniformity and consistency of cooperation between different institutions in different countries based on respect for common European requirements of vocational training. The main forms and places in which pre-school teachers’ professional development and qualification in Western European countries are provided. Based on the analysis the author identified common and distinctive features of post-graduate education of specialists of preschool education in Western Europe postgraduate pre-school teachers’ education, which lays in the implementation of the “continuity of the vocational education and growth”, the concept that is similar in all countries. National traditions of pre-school teachers postgraduate education in Western Europe are preserved by a special way of management, differences in the structure of teaching, institutions’’ titles etc.
