ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ СЕРВІСІВ WEB 2.0 В НАВЧАННІ АНГЛІЙСЬКОЇ МОВИ

Abstract

Today the important task is not only to update the content of foreign languages teaching, but also to introduce new means of formation of foreign language professional-communicative competence of future specialists. Enhancing of the role of humanitarian knowledge as the basis for the development of educational process leads to the selection of methods, forms, tools, and training principles, which help to promote mutual understanding between the people. Nowadays traditional training is supplanted by training, which includes active forms and methods of training and focused on independent technology. That is why the work with the use of Internet resources has acquired special significance. The article discusses the use of the Web 2.0 technology in foreign languages learning. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of the use of this technology and to its benefits. The concept of Web 2.0 is the result of changes in Web technologies in the direction of the free path of development which has changed the role of the user, allowing him to collaborate with other students on a global scale, and not just use the content created for him. The article also highlights the stages of the use of Web 2.0 services and the problem of the creation of informationdidactic environment that is created by using this technology.
