PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SUPPLY OF QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN KHARKIV NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract

There are three elements in the quality system of higher education: the quality of the potential of higher education, the quality of the process of higher education and the quality of the result of higher education. An important criterion for the quality of educational services is psychological and pedagogical support of the learning process, which allows monitoring, prevention and correction of ideas about the quality of education at the University and relevant (troubled) issues between students, teachers and management. The aim of our study was to identify the level of quality of higher education and its psychological and pedagogical support.
