Abstract

Personality is formed within cultural environment through intelligence and communication skills which are developed in the process of teaching humanities at higher medical educational institutions. Nowadays, there is the greatest impact of internal and external factors on the development of a medical student as a personality with further determination of the regularities of his/her culture and intelligence development, which involves the formation of communication skills. Personality and its role in the educational process should be viewed from psychological and educational point of view, taking into account culture, intelligence and communication skills which are considered to be very significant factors for future doctors. Therefore, the inevitable social and pedagogical quality of educational evolution at medical educational institutions is the development of culture and intelligence, based on reflection, empathy and assertiveness. There is a distinct interaction between culture and intelligence of the individual, which are considered to be complementary components in the formation of future specialists of healthcare. Culture and intelligence should perform a dominating function in the formation of medical students, creating culture of humane relations in health care system.
