СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПОЛІТИЧНІ НАСТАНОВЛЕННЯ ОСОБИСТОСТІ НА ЕТАПІ ВИНИКНЕННЯ МОТИВАЦІЇ ПОЛІТИЧНОГО ЛІДЕРСТВА

Abstract

The article analyzes the results of an experimental study on the sociopsychological attitudes of a person at a stage of political leadership motivation. To determine the specificity of conscious and unconscious units a modified version of the projective method “Incomplete sentences’ and content analysis were used. It was defined that students with potential political leadership focused on informal psychological component of power. Power for them is an instrumental value. At the stage of the primary motivations of the political leadership some young people believe in the possibility of radical change, and perceive themselves as potential subjects of such changes. Critical socio-political situation - revolutionary or military - have a personal meaning for them, and stimulate the transition from potential to actual political activity.
