FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS OF PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION FOR FUTURE MUSIC TEACHERS

Abstract

The article examines the pedagogical function as a basic component of professional training of future music teachers at institutes of arts and musical-pedagogical faculties of pedagogical universities during the choral conductor-forming adaptive teaching. The purpose of the article is to study the teaching functions in the process of training future music teachers teaching in higher education institutions. Formation of adaptive readiness of the future teachers of music for choral conductor of an important stage of their training. Features music teachers adapt to the conditions of pedagogical work based on psycho-pedagogical concept, which takes into account the specifics of teaching music teacher in a secondary school, as well as laws and choral conductor. Acquired competence of future music teachers in higher education directly related to its adaptive readiness to perform professional activities. Grounded need of future music teachers during professional training in pedagogical higher educational institution. The features of conducting and choral training future music teachers during professional training. Given this, we singled out the basic functions of training, as educational work with students of the Institute of Arts and Music and the Faculty of Education Pedagogical Universities in the course of conducting and choral studies, namely, system-integrated, cognitive orientation, operational and regulatory, suggestively-training, predictive-correction. System-integrated training specialists function is to organize training teachers of students in the study cycle conducting and choral disciplines in universities. Cognitive-orientation feature enhances the outlook for future music teachers, which is the basis of its practical-cognitive self-employment. Operational and regulatory function of preparation of experts is to organize educational activities aimed at students forming their adaptive preparedness for conducting and choral activities. Suggestive developing function-directed to the use of suggestive possibilities teacher to make a positive influence on the professional development of students. Corrective, predictive function helps create effective conditions of the teacher forms, methods and tools for adaptation of students to study choral conductor-like activity aimed at enhancing their educational potential, social activity and professional development. This compensation is impossible less developed functions and complementarities.
