Abstract
The article researchs the initiation process of the individual in modern Ukrainian society according to Carl Jung’s methodology about the collective unconscious psyche capturing of the individual and formation of mana-personality’s projection. Man’s inability to control unconscious mental causes inflation of the individual, activates compensatory complexes, causes the fantasies of omnipotence and power, that appears as following the dominant narratives of «success» in everyday behavior and staying above the law.
