Abstract

The paper studies the role of coaching in the process of training in higher education; reveals the essence and principles of the concept of education 2.0; defines the essence, principles and educational coaching styles; disclosed the content of the process steps of coaching; generalized practice coaching techniques and procedures for their implementation, taking into account the students level and learning activities. Training of specialists in higher education must take into consideration the principles of the concept of ‘ Education 2.0 ‘ and requires the introduction of subject -to-subject teacher and students, providing for the use of coaching. The application of coaching techniques in teaching largely depends on the level of preparedness of students and learning activities. To work with junior students and develop skills in the practice most useful coaching technique “ helix practice.”. To form “soft” skills more appropriate is “ structural “ technique. In situations where lack of time may be useful coaching technique of three dimensions (“ 3 -D»). Technology GROW is best to work with senior students in the preparation of diploma or master’s project.
