МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ТЕКСТУАЛЬНОГО ПРОСТОРУ СИТУАЦІЇ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОГО КОНСУЛЬТУВАННЯ ЯК УМОВА ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ТЕХНІКИ РОЗУМІННЯ СМИСЛУ ПОВІДОМЛЕНЬ КЛІЄНТА

Abstract

In the article the model of textual space of the situation of psychological consultancy is represented. The above-mentioned model is worked out by the author as the result of theoretical-methodological analysis and applied achievements of Psychological Hermeneutics. The realization of this model serves as the basis for systematization of understanding techniques of the client’s psychological situation, which, in its turn, improves their research, formation and usage in the consultative process. Special attention is paid to the techniques directed to the zone of textual space “interaction of semantic and cognitive levels of the client’s text”, the usage of which in a consultative dialogue improves a psychologist’s understanding process of a hidden sense of a client’smessages. In the article the description of the group of the researched techniques is given. The criteria and indexes of their formation are defined. The psycho-diagnostic procedure of its research is experimentally checked up by the author. The results of the empirical research of studentspsychologists’ formation of the understanding techniques of a hidden sense of a client’smessagesand peculiarities of their formation with the use of the presented model are described. The expediency of the usage of the model of textual space as an important component of the educational environment which provides future psychologists’ formation ofunderstanding techniques of the client’s psychological situation and increasing their functionality is substantiated.
