Nowadays the problem of education development is getting a special actuality in conditions of forming of modern information society. One of the main problems in a system of modern education is not coincidence between skills and abilities of the specialist according to the demands of the market. It provides the necessity of identifying the strategies and perspectives of education development as for the direction of providing demands of the information society. The main strategic directions of state education policy are taken place in National strategy of education development. The education strategies are being realized through different projects of higher institutions. The process of education services and labor market interaction is considered in the article and the attention is concentrated at the personal skills because a modern employee pays attention to it. The role of individual approach to the modern specialist in conditions of form revival is explored and the modern specific of demand for education services in the conditions of information world is analyzed. It is identified that the modern education has to make an orientation of the personality on the constant including in the process of getting new knowledge, skills and abilities.
