ФОРМУВАННЯ НАВИЧОК НЕВІДКЛАДНОЇ ДОПОМОГИ ПРИ РАПТОВІЙ СЕРЦЕВІЙ СМЕРТІ З ВИКОРИСТАННЯМ ІНТЕРАКТИВНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У ЛІКАРІВ-ІНТЕРНІВ ЗА ФАХОМ «СІМЕЙНА МЕДИЦИНА»

Abstract

Sudden cardiac death remains one of the cornerstones of total mortality. The one-year survival is near 1 %. The prognosis in this pathology remains poor. The successful resuscitation depends strongly on family doctors qualification. They need much practice in basic cardiac resuscitation. The new educational program was presented for teaching care of patients with sudden cardiac death. The proposed duration of programme is five weeks. The ECG-simulators were proposed for express-diagnostic of life-threatening cardiac arrythmias. They can generate artificial ventricular fibrillation, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia. The time for decision making is limited by 10 seconds. The composition «Stayin` Alive» by Bee Gees was used for reaching right temp of chest compressions. The Mini Anne manikins were used for teaching quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation with the innovative new pump bag providing hygienic inflation method. The training with automatic external defibrillators was proposed in the program.
