ФОРМУВАННЯ УПРАВЛІНСЬКОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ У МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ БУДІВЕЛЬНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ (НА ПРИКЛАДІ ПОЛІТЕХНІЧНОГО ТЕХНІКУМУ КОНОТОПСЬКОГО ІНСТИТУТУ СУМДУ)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the process of forming of administrative competence of the future specialists of building industry in the process of studies in higher educational establishment of the I-II level of accreditation. Theoretic-methodological bases of forming of administrative competence of the future builders and its analysis are found out in modern theory and practice. In the structure of administrative competence of the future builders are distinguished five constituents: knowledge (compulsory education, professional training, computer skills, ecological, economic knowledge, marketing etc.); ability (to use modern administrative principles and methods, apply personal authority in the acceptance of administrative decisions, ability to plan effective accomplishment of tasks, carry out the current and final control and others); ability (to estimate a situation objectively, analyze the results, create an effective command etc.); leader capacities (purposefulness, initiativeness, independence, discipline, responsibility, honesty, riskiness to accept decisions in the conditions of vagueness, ingenuity, creative activity, decision and others); ability (to see the prospects of the development of personal activity (organization), quickly to react on changes, the implementation of innovations etc.). Experience of Polytechnic School of Konotop Institute of Sumy State University is presented through the question of forming of administrative competence of the students of building specialities.
