Abstract

The questions of the student government activities in terms of inclusive education and the education of students. Analyzed the achievements and challenges in the field. Observed that at the present stage of development of Ukrainian society noted the rising significant number of people with special needs, including youth, requires obtaining high-quality higher education. This requires the university to focus on the creation of appropriate conditions for access and maintenance of teaching students with special needs. Inclusive education is the primary and most effective form of quality education by people with special needs. But this form of learning is limited preferential coverage of persons with impaired mental and physical development is usually preschool and primary school age when there is an urgent need for its wide implementation in higher education. The basic interactive forms, methods and techniques of organizing effective teaching interaction student activists, council of students, teachers and social partners in addressing this issue. Are investigated volunteer resource to assist students with special educational needs.
