КРИТЕРІЇ ТА ПРИНЦИПИ ВІДКРИТОЇ ОСВІТИ ЯК СИСТЕМИ СИНЕРГЕТИЧНОГО ТИПУ

Abstract

The article provides the research of the open education as the system of the synergetic type. It has been demonstrated that involvement of the synergetic terminology for description of educational systems speaks for the clear determination of their type. It has been established that the object of the synergetic study are open, non-linear, unstable, non- equilibrium, self-developing systems with the open education belonging to them. Juxtaposition of the open education with the main criteria of the synergetic type systems has been provided. The conclusion has been made that the open education is a complex, open, non-equilibrium and non-linear system of the synergetic type. The work reveals the content of synergetic principles and demonstrates the effect of their applicability in the open education. It has been shown that the principles of the existence group – homeostatics and hierarchical pattern – characterize the phase of “order”, stable functioning of the open education, its ontology, transparency and simplicity of description, whereas the principles of the becoming group – non-linearity, openness, unstableness, dynamic hierarchical pattern and observability – characterize the phase of transformation, the system updating.
