Abstract

The actuality of problem of autism is well-proven in the article. The surnames of scientists, who were engaged in this problem, are distinguished. The author emphasizes the necessity of activation of public factors in the conditions of the absence of government support of a child-autist. The main types of autism disorders are considered, their general common features are distinguished. The basic rules to be followed in dealing with an autistic child are given. The author emphasizes the influence of the clearly structured environment, the following daily time-table in care system to children-autists, the importance of work not only with children but also with their parents. The author has analyzed the basic approaches to work with a childautist. Such innovative methods of influence as psychodrama, psychogymnastics, hippo-therapy, art-therapy, home video training, holding-therapy are described, their positive influence on forming of a personality of a child-autist is proved. The features of the use of psychodrama in the work with a child-autist, main phases of psychogymnastics are distinguished. It is proved that the use of these methods allows to improve the physical condition of persons with limited moving possibilities, and also assists the decision of specific psychological and educational tasks and problems of psychosocial rehabilitation and integration of sick children.
