Abstract

The article deals with extremely complex psychological and pedagogical problem – academic motivation, the modalities of which depends on the quality of didactic activities and professional development specialist. From the standpoint of system approach needs, motives, goals learning how incentives in favor of unity integrated personality and quality essential for effective learning. That cognitive (internal) motivation objective criterion serves correct determination. Based leading education students are “professional” and “personal prestige” less significant “pragmatic” (get a university degree) and “informative”. One of the most effective and efficient in learning is cognitive motives that are associated with the content of training activities and the process of its implementation. Results psychodiagnostic research allowed to verify the hypothesis that internal motivation training is the condition of professional self.
