ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО САМОВИЗНАЧЕННЯ УЧНІВСЬКОЇ МОЛОДІ

Abstract

The article deals with main points of professional self-determination in relationship to the life self-determination of a personality. The author analyzes the stages and effective ways of professional self-determination such as professional orientation, that includes getting knowledge of of one’s self-identity (one’s self-concept), of the world of professions (analysis of professional activity), correlation of knowledge about oneself and of professional activities (professional test). These components are the main constituents of the process of professional self-determination while choosing a profession. Conditions of effective professional self-determination, namely the inclusion of students into real social relationships, causing their personal attitude to work; students’ selfrealization in social interaction that provides opportunities for their full revealing themselves in relationships with others; realization of purpose and meaning of the selected activities for personal self-development; the availability of clear activities prospects (near and far); using of active forms in organizing training and educational activities of students are ptoved. The special course “Professional Career” syllabus and training in professional self-determination as means of intensification of career choice in the conditions of educational process at school are presented.
