Abstract

The article presents an analysis of current approaches to the study of the phenomenon of individual care of themselves. We consider that the situation of forced relocation involves a number of factors traumatic nature, damaging the psychical functioning of individuals. The characteristic of traumatic living conditions of internally displaced persons in the east of the country. It is proved that the state of crisis provides a potential opportunity on personal growth in every age. On the basis of complaints with which people sought psychological help in conditions of forced relocation systematization manifestations of emotional state in reaction to traumatic events. It is proved that the severity of the suffering individual actualizes the need to care for themselves in any situation. The analysis of real examples of transformative practice of psychological counseling. Sources - 12.
