Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the concept of professionalism of the person, its components are considered, determined features of formation of professionalism. Studied the role and place of professional competence in the process of formation of professionalism of the person. The article deals with three scientific approaches to the definition of the phenomenon of professionalism: a qualitative characteristic; integral characteristic of man-professionals; combination by activity and personal basis. Correlating the professionalism with various aspects of professional maturity, there are four types of professional competence: special, social, personal individual, special, or activity-professional competence; social professional competence; personal professional competence; Individual professional competence. In the structure of professionalism distinguish operating, motivation, semantic sphere. Difficulties in establishing of professionalism serves absence or insufficiency professionally important qualities of the structure of professionalism, which does not allow the active expression of the individual and leads to a stop, gaps, errors in activity.
