ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ В ОРГАНАХ МІСЦЕВОГО САМОВРЯДУВАННЯ

Abstract

The article considers the recommendations to local governments for the establishment of centers for social work in the community. That is part of the fulfillment of obligations Social Charter and the need in modern conditions Ukrainian society for the prevention of negative consequences and social deviations. Local authorities determine the range of services needed to ensure guaranteed minimum level of social services per capita within the entire territory of Ukraine. So vivid is the actual emptiness of the rule which requires revision. NGOs are social orientation course for active cooperation with various government agencies territorial communities, educational institutions, social services of various types, preschool institutions is a prerequisite for democratization and social opportunities competing services.
