ДО ПИТАННЯ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ ЛІКАРІВ ЗА ДОПОМОГОЮ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНИХ ТРЕНІНГОВИХ ПРОГРАМ

Abstract

The paper grounded the features of the formation and development of the professional competence of future medical professionals using psychological support for students. It also considered the importance of this problem in conditions of implementing of European standards of higher education and suggested the model of training program for higher medical education institutions focused on searching and achieving a balance between professional and individual qualities of future physicians. It has been proven that psychological training as one of the most effective methods of acquisition of information and its subsequent generation, in contrast to traditional forms of learning, activates the level and volume of various types of competences, i.e., social, sociopsychological, communicative, productively-effective, analyticalsynthetic, situational, etc., that are valuable components of professional competence of the physician. Trainings have a strong practical orientation and promote the development of initiative and self-reliance of students while solving life problems; formation of the awareness of personal values and social significance; the emergence of motivational readiness of future physician to implementing socio-psychological competence in their professional activities, etc.
