Abstract

The article deals with the importance of motivation as a factor of forming communicative competence of an intending primary school teacher in the process of professional training. Motivation is a system consisting of certain components and has got its structure, performs specific functions; it is an activity. Mechanism of motivation appearing is a generalization that means applying the effective ways of actions working out in the process of interaction of social, situational, internal and personal factors. The stages of motivating process are denoted: actualizing, selecting, forming the intention, the intension realizing, post realization. An intending primary school teacher’s professional motivating components are examined: teaching motivating, content motivating, personal motivating, learning motivating, achieving motivating, cognition motivating, communicative motivating, social and cultural motivating, playing motivating.
