Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the psychological characteristics of the political and legal consciousness of today’s youth. The author described the cognitive (cognitive), assessment (emotional) and regulatory (behavioral) components of the political and legal consciousness of a young man in our state. The present analysis was done in relation to the possibility of objective and subjective factors, they cause identified in the course of theoretical research especially political and legal consciousness of the individual. Bring that existing value proposition in the political space of our country are not conducive to the formation and consolidation of effective political activity of youth in Ukraine. The necessity of creating a core fundamentals of the state policy regarding the actions aimed at creating a political and legal awareness of the younger generation.
