Abstract

The authors elucidate the nature and characteristics of individual psychological and educational phenomena accompanying humanizatsiynyh and innovative restructuring associated with the implementation of the National Doctrine of Education Development. Attention is focused on implementation of the European humanistic principles in the organizational restructuring of the national higher education system.
