ТОЛЕРАНТНІСТЬ ЯК ОДНА ІЗ СКЛАДОВИХ КУЛЬТУРИ ПЕДАГОГА

Abstract

The authors give a general description of the concept of “tolerance”, based on the dictionary source and the Declaration of Principles on Tolerance; characterize teaching tolerance as part of the teacher’s personality in modern conditions. Particular attention is paid to the need to formation tolerance as one of the main components of the personality of the teacher. The authors describe the basic conditions for the formation of a tolerant person; pay attention to the features of tolerance teacher in the educational process; characterize the teaching activities of a tolerant teacher. Modern conditions development of society, the introduction of inclusive education put forward new requirements for teachers that provide formation of educational tolerance. That is what makes it possible to consider teaching tolerance as professionally important quality of the teacher, which forms the professional competence and affects on the relationships with all subjects of the educational process. Teaching tolerance is the possession of abilities and skills tolerant (moral, cultural, polite, etc.) interaction with all subjects of educational process.This defines the proactive stance of the teacher, which is built on the principles of humanism, social equality, educational ethics. Formed skills of the teaching tolerance also contribute to correct mastering skills, conflict-free communication with all the subjects of educational process.
