ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ У РОБОТІ ВИКЛАДАЧІВ ВИЩОЇ ШКОЛИ

Abstract

In this article, the author tries to summarize the experience of using pedagogical technologies by high school teachers. A brief description and characteristics of some technologies and teaching methods are given, that have proved efficiency in the training of future professionals, Master students in particular. The attention is focused on the use of games (gaming techniques) combining team and individual work forms of undergraduates. It is shown that the use of such methods and technologies contributes to the formation of such undergraduates’ competencies as the ability to work in team, to make decisions individually and in cooperation, and to take responsibility for them, to interact with other members of the project/team; the capacity for criticism and self-criticism, establishing business and interpersonal relationships, changing social roles while working in a team; tolerance in the performance of professional activities and cooperative activities, and so on.
