Abstract

Content features of interaction between the individual and society are the foundation for multilevel model of social competence. It was established on the basis of Spiral dynamics Don Edward Beck and Christopher C. Cowan. The levels of the model are: primary level, authority, adaptation, cooperation, integration, system, spiritual integration. The first and last level is not relevant for modern society. Each next level includes the previous. Multilevel model describes the stages of social competence development of the child socialization. This process depends of favorable internal and external conditions. The article highlights comparative study results of the Waldorf School teachers and secondary school teachers. The analysis carried out according to the multilevel model and the general features.
