РОЗВИТОК НАВИЧОК САМОКОНТРОЛЮ МАЙБУТНІХ АВІАЦІЙНИХ ФАХІВЦІВ У ПРОЦЕСІ НАВЧАННЯ В ЛЬОТНОМУ НАВЧАЛЬНОМУ ЗАКЛАДІ
Abstract
The article studies the topical questions of the professional training of future aviation specialists. The process of the development of selfcontrol skills of students when studying in the aviation establishment is investigated. According to the subject of investigation, there has been proposed the author’s definition of the notion ‘self-control’ as the ability of the future aviation specialists to reflex consciously, to control the process to organize one’s own educational activity on the basis of the usage of the accumulated knowledge, skills and abilities and the formation of the personal and professional values. The conditions needed for the successful function and development of the system of the training of self-control are defined. There has been described and disclosed the algorithm of realization of the functions of self-control during the educational activity of the future aviation specialists, namely: diagnostic, educational, developing, regulating, educational, stimulating functions, the function to organize the studying process and its management. It has been defined that when additionally to use the definite methods of the self-control formation its development needs the conduction of the special exercises, which structurally differ from the usual widespread exercises. The didactic methods of studying used in the process of the training of future aviation specialists and which are intended for the development of the skills and abilities of self-control are described. In conclusion, the success of the development of self-control in the educational activity depends on the complex of the educational and methodical supply of the process to form the students’ professional reliability.
