THE ROLE OF EDUCATION IN THE PROCESS OF HARMONIZATION OF RELATIONS OF THE SYSTEM «MAN – NATURE»

The work highlights the ways of transforming the scientific and educational system of modern society into the process of harmonizing the relations of the «man-nature» system. Due to the fact that at the end of XX century owing to the imbalance of a powerful energy basis of the economic use of nature, the level of forecast negative consequences from economic activity and quality management of the future, humanity has entered the first phase of global ecological disaster. A disharmony has arisen in the relationship of humanity and nature, which has become a threat to the future existence of humanity. The article emphasizes the fact that there is a need to identify ways to solve these problems. Significant role in harmonizing the relations of the system «man - nature» belongs to the reorganization of the education system, which will contribute to the formation of a new outlook of mankind.
