APPROACHES TO IMMUNOPROPHYLAXIS ISSUES FOR STUDENTS OF MEDICAL FACULTY ON DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN INFECTION

The article clarifies the methods of teaching of immunoprophylaxis to the 5th and 6th years of the medical faculty at the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases. To organize the training on vaccinology to the students of the medical faculty, it was created by teachers of the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases new texts of lectures, multimedia materials, guidelines and manuals. During practical classes, students together with the teacher make individual plans for vaccination of children according their age and state of health, using the role game’s methodology and computer technologies. In brief, the optimization of the teaching immunoprophylaxis to the 5th and 6th years of the medical faculty is achieved through the maintenance of educational process with quality teaching and methodological materials, the introduction of role games and computer technologies.
