SPECIFICATION OF TRAINING OF PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL FOR EDUCATION OF FUTURE MEDICINES IN HIGHER MEDICAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The specificity of teaching staff training for the teaching of future doctors in higher educational medical schools is the one of the important requirements for the personality of a modern teacher of university. The main issue is the constant self-development and self-improvement. This is due to the rapid changes that are taking place in public life, the rapid development of the educational sphere, which necessitates continuous improvement of their own professional skills, mastering modern concepts of training specialists, as well as a new content, forms, methods and means of teaching. Teachers have to prepare our younger generation for the solution of new professional problems, new unpredictable life situations, transfer of skills of professional self-improvement during professional training of students in the conditions of higher education. In the current conditions of the reform of higher education in Ukraine, the implementation of the requirements of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, the formation of new standards on specialties oriented on the native and European labor markets, the problem of the quality of training of pedagogical staff remains relevant. The focus of the new paradigm of education on the personality, on the satisfaction of its educational needs, requires the creation of conditions that will provide future professionals with the achievement of competence in professional activities, the corresponding cultural level, the development of the need for self-improvement. An important step towards the formation of the European educational space was the growing demand for the specifics of the training of pedagogical staff. The system of medical education in Ukraine is not an exception in this process. The model of higher medical education implemented in Ukraine is designed to train specialists with the appropriate qualifications and the appropriate level of competence that would enable them to perform their professional duties at a high level.
