Abstract

This article analyzes the dynamic of the student’s group development as the professional command and psychological criterions of command’s effective work. of the command’s members and.There are described types of professional commands which determine the collective level of their increases and the process of identical common functioning between the manager and specialists. Today’s reforms of Ukrainian Higher education need for radical change of traditional system of young people’s training for the optimum self-development and self-realization of their individual potential and command’s interactions. In our research the psychological and pedagogical recommendations are worked out about the student’s command interactions.
