MEANS OF FORMING LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE FOR STUDENTS OF NON-SPECIALITIES

Abstract

There is a reformation process of studying foreign languages nowadays due to the worldwide social, economic and political globalization. Teaching and studying English is in a great necessity. In our article we tried to review the process of teaching and studying foreign languages in Ukraine. We consider the way to improve the process of gaining speaking skills. Due to the results we give some recommendation to improve studying process.
