COMPETITIVENESS FUTURE CUSTOMS THROUGH PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Abstract
In the article the range of problems of forming of professional skills and competenses is considered for the future specialists of custom business due to integration of education, practical activity and modern informatively-interactive technologies. The terms of acquisition are grounded by the bread-winner of socio-economic and professional experience yet on the stage of studies in higher educational establishment. When requirements and necessities of labour-market change quickly, the system of профосвіти must give possibility to get not only theoretical but also - sound practical preparation. Only competitive specialists are apt at perception and use of new scientific ideas, technical instruments and methods of modern production. Also application of approach in preparation of future specialists. They must answer a situation at the market of labour, to be ready to the management on different levels and in different spheres. Basic qualities that form a competitiveness for breadwinners : competence, initiativeness, communicability, tolerance, capacity, adapted, capacity for the professional becoming and self-realization. Under such circumstances to the pedagogical collectives it is necessary to carry out passing to the new generation of industry standards of education, on the basis of approach. His application does not change traditional for home education system “knowledge, ability, skills”, and - creates pre-conditions for the flexible approaching of results to the necessities and requirements of labour-market, further development of educational technologies and system of formation. In the article on the basis of working of scientific sources contradictions that is certain on the basis of analysis of home theory and practice of preparation of bread-winners in custom business are distinguished: contradiction between the requirements of society in competent specialists and real ready condition to professional activity of graduating students of economic specialities. Also are contradictions between the necessity of forming of proof motivation to the professional becoming, self-perfection of future specialists of custom business and material and technical tool, contradictions between originality of ideas about a personality increase and modernisation of trade education in accordance with the calls of contemporaneity.
