THE TEACHER’S GENDER TOLERATION IN FIRST YEAR STUDENT`S PERSONALITY ADAPTATION PROCESS
Abstract
The psychological substance and principles of the Teacher’s gender toleration in first year Student`s Personality adaptation process are analysed in these article. The work determines the gender toleration’s varieties and criterions. The accent about necessity gender culture of the all subjects development in process of adaptation for Higher Educational Institution made in this work. The article analyzes gender peculiarities of students adaptation process, psychological factors of its formation in the process of professional training as the future specialist. The connection between the adaptation process of students and their gender self identification are noticed in this work. Gender toleration as the important component of Higher School Teachers psychological competency and pedagogical skill are point out at that item. Author proposes of psychological strategy and tactics for gender equality and toleration confirmation at Higher School circumstances. Into our research the Europe Universities experience of gender education and principles of toleration inculcation in professional training system described here.
