Abstract

In the practice of educational system of Ukraine, pre-school establishments of priority directions, with updated content, focusing on innovative technologies and alternative pedagogy have begun to function. All this requires appropriate staffing, namely, professional educators who have an appropriate culture, are familiar with the trends, directions and concepts of modern psychological and pedagogical science, adapt quickly to complex production and social conditions, tend to be creative, act independently and persevere in achievement of the set goal. Goal of research: to identify effective forms and methods for shaping professional competence of future pre-school teachers. To achieve the set goal and to solve the research problems the following general scientific methods were used: theoretical: analysis and synthesis in the study of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, medical and biological sources of information on the subject of research; generalization of the experience of pre-school faculty and special education on the problems of formation of professional competence of students; modeling of pedagogical process aimed at forming professional competence of future pre-school teachers for physical education of children; generalization, comparison and systematization of the received data; empirical: direct and indirect pedagogical observation of the process of formation of professional competence of future pre-school teachers; analysis of interaction of teachers and students; questionnaire, conversation, self-observation; pedagogical experiment (summative and formative) with the purpose of checking the effectiveness of the model of forming professional competence of students; statistical: methods of mathematical statistics for objective analysis of quantitative indicators and qualitative interpretation of the results of the study. Fidelity assessment of the differences between the values was carried out according to t-criteria (with significance level less than 0.05). The results of our control experiment allow us to assert that the developed, tested and implemented in practice methodology of experimental work on the formation of professional competence of students for physical education turned out to be quite effective. The developed model of formation of professional competence of future pre-school teachers of physical education of pre-school children and application of innovative forms of work of students contributed to the increase of theoretical and theoretical level of knowledge of students, professional orientation, creative interest in the experimentation and implementation of the results of experimental research in the practice of working with children of preschool age. Conclusions. Thus, in forming professional competence of future preschool teachers, education must be based on a comprehensive approach, which means the integration of educational and professional-practical activities of future pre-school. Consequently, the task of preparing students, forming their professional competence is solved not only in the process of organization of educational and cognitive activities, but also in the process of their professional-practical and research activities.
