SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING OF PERSONALITY

Abstract

The article analyzes the socio-psychological factors of subjective wellbeing of the individual. The complexity of the study of the phenomenon of well-being is due to the fact that the mechanism of its formation is both in the social environment, and in the inner world of man. An attempt is made to reveal their essence on the basis of research in world and national science. It is proposed to classify the factors of subjective well-being on socio-economic, socio-cultural, biological and psychological, their features are considered. It is noted that socio-economic and socio-cultural factors have an indirect influence on psychological well-being. The relationship between the level of psychological well-being and the subjective factor, psychological, is established. It was investigated that the psychological factor determines the structural and functional components. To the structural components of emotional, cognitive and behavioral, while to functional components that ensure the positive functioning of the individual, include autonomy, personal growth, positive relationships with others, the existence of life goals and self-perception. The psychological well-being of the individual is considered as an integral indicator of the degree of realization by the personality of his own orientation, which subjectively manifests itself in the sense of happiness, satisfaction with life and self. It is concluded that this phenomenon touches on all aspects of human life, and therefore, a
person is capable of self-actualization, self-development, life satisfaction
and the realization of one’s own choice.
