Abstract

Legislative framework of the Finnish higher school transition process on the two-tier education system, complex state organizational and methodological support of this process are analyzed. Two types of Master’s degree programs: academic (in universities) and professional (in polytechnics), and separate Master’s degree programs satisfying the labour market needs, including international, are enlightened.
