The International Chelpanov' Psychological and Pedagogical Readings are a professional scientific periodical whose mission is to publish and widely cover modern developments in the field of psychology, pedagogy, philosophy, education and other branches of humanitarian knowledge. The publication, as well as the annual forum of the same name, is dedicated to the name of Georgy Chelpanov - an outstanding psychologist, philosopher, teacher, university professor of the late XIX - early XX centuries, which is a symbol of the formation and development of each of these sciences and university education in general - in Eastern Europe and in Ukraine in particular.
The periodical publishes scientific articles by specialists in various fields of humanitarian knowledge. It presents the historical aspects of the formation of psychology as an independent science and the role of G. Chelpanov in this process in the late XIX - early XX centuries. A review of the achievements of modern pedagogy as a technology for the development and education of the individual is carried out. Psychology of the 21st century is presented in the aggregate of its achievements and prospects, theoretical research and empirical developments. The philosophy of man, society and culture is presented in the context of the most pressing problems that determine the specifics of modernity and the third millennium as a whole.
