Abstract

This article devoted to exploration of conflictological competence as a component of professional activities and professionalism of educators person. Educational process can’t avoid emergence of different kinds of conflict. But conflict is an index of development,a factor of dynamic stability. The ability to control conflicts in affective way are important component of pedagogical activity. Conflictological competence is a vector unity of professional activities and professional identity of educator. That’s why we can rightly understood conflictological competence as such kind of intagrative competence, which level affect in all aspects of life and professional activities. This development should be taken as one of the areas of personal-professional high ways development of modern educators. Experimental part explores the link between conflictological competence, the the level of conflict, the level of conflictsituations and resolution strategies of conflict situations in institution of higher learning. Information can be obtained as multipurpose use in psycho-pedagogical practice for personalprofessional development of modern educators.
