ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ СФЕРИ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЗАВДАНЬ ЗАПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ЕВРОПЕЙСЬКИХ СТАНДАРТІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

In this article the basics of formation of professional intelligence of future social sphere specialists in the context of European higher education standards implementation in Ukraine are analysed. The leading role of professional intelligence in the process of formation of specialists in this sphere is revealed. It is determined, that European standards implementation in the process of professional training of such specialists in the direction of their professional intelligence formation implies the following tasks realisation: 1) providing students with a modern system of basic special theoretical and practical knowledge in the social sphere; 2) ensuring formation of the technological and creative component of professional intelligence; 3) ensuring professional and intellectual atmosphere in the higher education facility; 4) formation of selfeducation competence of future social sphere specialists; 5) formation of the regulatory component of system of professional intelligence and need of professional self-improvement and self-realisation. The accent was payed to the fact that such tasks completion is only possible in case of constant and systematic content of the subjects update in accordance with world (European in particular) and Ukrainian achievements in this sphere; using of contemporary educational technologies; stimulating of a multilevel pedagogical interaction of teachers and students; formation of a culture of intellectual labour of the students, development of their cognitive activity and creative abilities, formation of an individual style of intellectual activity and a skill of gaining new knowledge on their own, etc.
