A study of gender features of structure of psychological readiness of persons of youth age to adjust to the age-related changes. It is shown, that most examinee has a middle general level of development of readiness to the age-related changes. It is defined, that gender belonging can be examined as a factor, determining the level of psychological readiness of persons of youth age to the changes on the late stages of life. It is educed, that the male persons have higher level
of readiness to the age-related changes. The analysis of structure of readiness showed, that substantial gender differentiation registers in its components and levels.
